Self-care made simple: It's a choice to prioritize things that nourish you. Because you are worthy of feeling good: Body, mind, and spirit.


Some things that make me feel good:

- Going to the beach

- Soaking up some sun

- Mornings on my porch, with my dog, my mug, and my journal

- Walking barefoot in nature

- Epsom salt baths

- Coffee Enemas (TMI, probably, but don't knock it till you try it, because these are so rejuvenating)

- Connecting with friends

- Good food

- Dancing
