Cancelation Policy

In most cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment. Group appointments require 48-hour advance notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to fill that appointment space.


If you are ill, and need to cancel your appointment, please let Elaine know as soon as possible. Safety and your health is of course the first priority. There is no penalty or consequence for late cancellations due to illness.


In all other cases:


If sufficient notice is not given, when booking future appointments with Elaine,  you may be asked to put down a 50% deposit (non-refundable) in order to book.


If you no-show your appointment, when booking future appointments with Elaine,  you may be asked to pay-in-full, in-advance, (non-refundable)  in order to book.

Allergies and sensitivities

Information for clients with Allergies and Chemical Sensitivities: 

Massage Oil: The Oil used in your massage is unscented, and has only one ingredient: fractionated coconut oil. 

Scents: Scents used in the diffuser, or in the massage treatments are always 100% therapeutic grade essential oils. If you are sensitive to scents and to essential oils, let Elaine know in advance, and she won't use them. 


Laundry Detergent: We use Hypoallergenic Laundry Detergent. Fragrance-Free, Dye-Free. An EPA safer-choice certified product. USDA Certified Biobased Product 94% made with plant-based ingredients


Cleaning and Sanitization: The cleaning and sanitizing solution used in office is very safe. It is Electrolyzed Water, which is an EPA registered disinfectant and sanitizer made from Vinegar, water, salt, and electricity. It is on the EPA’s list of disinfectants for use against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19. Do you offer Lymphatic Drainage Massage?

No, I do not have training or experience with this massage modality


Do you offer outcall services?

No, I do not offer outcall services at this time. 

Do you offer Discounts?

Yes! I offer 20% discounts on all massage services when you purchase a Monthly Massage Membership.


Do you use hypoallergenic products?

Yes, I use fractionated coconut oil as the massage lubricant, and 100% therapeutic grade essential oils. My laundry detergent is hypoallergenic, Fragrance Free, and Dye Free. For cleaning supplies i use an EPA registered disinfectant and sanitizer which is all-natural, and chemical free (and on the EPA's list of disinfectants for use against SARS-CoV-2 the cause of COVID-19). 


Where is your office located?

My office is located inside of “Inline Chiropractic” at 811 Coral Ridge Dr. Coral Springs FL. It is at the corner of Atlantic Blvd, and Coral Ridge drive, directly behind the CVS


What Massage Modalities do you have Training in?

I have training in: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Connective Tissue Therapy, Prenatal & Postpartum Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy (aka: Trigger Point Therapy), Lomi Lomi, Prenatal Massage, Foot Reflexology, therapeutic stretching.


My "Healing Massage" service is a blend of these modalities, with a clients specific goals and preferences in mind.


What Energy Healing Modalities do you have Training in?

I have training in Reiki, Healing Alchemy, sound healing, and the therapeutic application of Crystals.
